Currently, I’m in the fourth week of “my” Metabolic Balance plan, and I feel pretty great. I had been struggling with issues relating to bloating, lack of energy, and difficulty sleeping. I often suspected that my diet was the culprit; however, despite my efforts, I wasn’t able to resolve these issues – perhaps because my idea of a balanced diet was eating a salad before a chocolate bar J. I chose Metabolic Balance because it incorporates real food without eliminating important nutrients. Furthermore, my plan was tailored specifically for me. When deciding on a coach, Karine was the best option: not only is she well-versed in nutrition, but she also practices a very healthy lifestyle. The first two weeks of the plan were challenging, and I struggled with the changes, but Karine was/is always supportive and encouraging. My results thus far include improved digestion, energy, and quality of sleep. Additionally, I lost 10 pounds and 4.5 inches, and my skin has never looked better. I’m very happy I decided to reach out to Karine and start the Metabolic Balance plan because now I actually feel HEALTHY.
