What is your definition of health? What does a healthy person look like to you? Do they have nice skin, a lean and muscular body? Do they smile a lot and eat vegetables for breakfast while meditating on a mountain? Healthy might look different to everybody because we tend to see in others, what we are lacking in our own lives. It’s not always the case, but we truly need to look inside ourselves and be honest about how we are living our lives and if it’s beneficial to us in all the right ways. The thing is that “health” has many layers and in my opinion, to be 100% healthy, you need all those layers to come together and work in unison.
You will learn what I consider to be the 7 pillars of health. These 7 pillars are what I feel you need to live a healthy and happy life. These will be explained in depth and you will start implementing these pillars in your everyday life one at a time. Some might be easier and simpler than others but essentially we want to ease you into a healthier and happier lifestyle by following these pillars. The goal is to have these pillars become part of your routine and implement them on a daily basis. Included are many different guides that bring many benefits to living a healthy and happy life.
